AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2022 Results: FTR Wins The IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles

The ROH and IWGP Tag Team Titles were on the line in a Winner Take All Match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.

FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) defeated Roppongi Vice (Trent Beretta & Rocky Romero) and United Empire (Jeff Cobb & Great-O-Khan) to win the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championships and retain the ROH World Tag Team Championships.



As noted, Dax Harwood sustained an injury early into the bout and he was taken to the back by medical personnel, leaving Cash Wheeler alone to defend their titles. He would return later in the match with his left shoulder taped up, but was still able to help Cash hit Big Rig on Rocky Romero to pick up the win and capture the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles.
