TBS Championship Tournament has been announced!
After the quarterfinal round, AEW continued the TBS Championship tournament on 22 December with the first semi-final matchup between Ruby Soho and Jade Cargill. The winner of the match will go on to the final where they will face Jade Kargil or Thunder Rosa.
Nayla handled the early part of the match but Ruby found herself after a DDT and a steel chair kicked Nayla in the face. Vickie Guerrero joined in and distracted Ruby long enough for Nyla to hang her on the ropes and hit a diving knee to the shoulder.
After exiting the Beast Bomb, Ruby was able to hit a No Future Kick on Nayla to win the match and advance to the final.
The inaugural champion will be crowned on January 5, 2022, when Dynamite moves from TNT to TBS.
