The preliminary numbers for the June 17 episode of WWE SmackDown are in.
According to SpoilerTV, WWE SmackDown was able to draw 2.274 million viewers on June 17th. The following numbers are up from the June 10th edition of SmackDown which drew 1.803 million viewers.
The prelim rating for Smackdown last night with Vince McMahon’s brief appearance at the start of the show is 2,274,000. Expecting 2.4 million for the final, to be reported Monday. Would be the highest since at least September. Surprisingly Hour 2 was more highly viewed than Hour 1.
The first hour posted 2.186 million viewers while the second hour posted 2.362 million viewers. The show drew a 0.55 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
In a monumental clash, Roman Reigns overcame Riddle to retain his Undisputed WWE Universal Title, but The Beast made his shocking return and F-5’ed the champion.
Plus, Madcap Moss had the Last Laugh in his win over Happy Corbin, Raquel Gonzalez qualified for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Mr. McMahon appeared and so much more.
