The Royal Rumble Kickoff Show begins at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Peacock and WWE social platforms for expert analysis ahead of the night’s action to come.

We are live as the Royal Rumble kickoff show starts off right now. Kayla Braxton is your host and she is joined by Jerry Lawler, Booker T, Kevin Patrick, and Peter Rosenberg.



Everybody in the building is looking excited about the event. Kevin says he is looking forward to Brock Lesnar versus Bobby Lashley. Peter says he is looking forward to Brock and Bobby as well.

WWE shows off a video package to run through the card for the Royal Rumble. Sonya joins the pannel. She says, She is ready and she is going to step in where needed.

Sonya says when the jacket is on she is a WWE official and no one can touch her. She says this is a new time.



Sonya says there was a referee who told her the match was going to call it down the middle. He was in Naomi’s pocket. She is in the Royal Rumble to make sure things go according to plan.

We take a look at AJ Styles’ debut at the 2016 Royal Rumble. AJ Styles says the Rumble has an important place in his heart but he has never won the Rumble before and that ends tonight.

It's been announced that tonight’s Royal Rumble event will open with WWE Champion Brock Lesnar defending against Bobby Lashley.
