WWE Raw 8/15 Results: Alexa Bliss & Asuka Advance In WWE Women's Tag Team Title Tournament

Alexa Bliss and Asuka are on their way to the next round of the WWE Women's Tag Team Title Tournament.

On Monday's Raw, Bliss and Asuka went on to defeat Dewdrop and Nikki A.S.H. Nikki was knocked out by Bliss in the end as Asuka presented Dewdrop with an armbar.



Following the win, Bliss and Asuka will now face IYO SKY and Dakota Kai, who took the lead by defeating Tamina and Dana Brooke last week. After Asuka and Alexa Bliss win tonight's match, they face Kai and Sky as the two teams have feuded in recent weeks.

Last Friday on SmackDown, Raquel Gonzalez and Aaliyah defeated Zia Li and Shotzee to lead the way. They will meet the winners of the Natalya and Sonya Deville vs Nikita Leone and Zoey Stark match on this Friday's episode of SmackDown.

The winners of the tournament will be crowned the new WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. The title has been lying vacant since May, when Sasha Banks and Naomi were suspended by the company and the title was taken.
