NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day is set to take place on February 14, 2020, live from Capitol Wrestling Center at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, and will air live on the WWE Network.

It was announced on NXT's New Year's Evil special that the next NXT Takeover event will take place on Sunday, February 14.



It will be the 33rd event in the NXT TakeOver chronology and the ninth in the Vengeance chronology. The name is a play on Valentine's Day, which also occurs on February 14.
