It will take place on June 5, 2022, at the Allstate Arena in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont, Illinois.



After Cody Rhodes defeated Seth "Freakin" Rollins at WrestleMania 38 and WrestleMania Backlash, Rhodes was granted a United States Championship match on the May 9 episode of Raw. During the match, Rollins assaulted Rhodes, thus costing Rhodes the match and the title. The following week, Rhodes challenged Rollins to a match once again, this time as a Hell in a Cell match, which Rollins accepted.

Plush, Asuka will challenge the Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair for the title.
