Bianca out first to kick off the WWE Fastlane, she was followed by the SmackDown Women's Champion Sasha Banks.
WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler accompanied by Reginal headed to the ring. Banks and Baszler started things off, Banks went right after Baszler and lead a tag to Bianca Belair.
Bianca Belair with her shoulder into the ribs of Baszler, Bianca Belair with some tremendous atheism, Baszler caught Bianca with a knee to the Jaw, Baszler tagged by Nia Jax unwillingly. Meanwhile, Belair with a Tag to Sasha Banks, Nia Jax took control of Banks.
Bianca Belair back with the tag, Nia Jax with an elbow to take Bianca off the apron, Nia Jax led the tag to Baszler who dragged Belair back into the ring for the tag but kicked out at two.
Once again Nia Jax back into the ring, taking some rough shots on Belair, she desperately needed to make the tag, she was under complete control. Baszler back in attack, unloading a Running Knee for the cover but kicked out at two.
Bianca with some elbows trying to create some separation leaped over the top of Nia Jax and finally made the tag to Sasha Banks who went for Menora. Regional out with some distraction. Meanwhile, Bianca Belair made a Splash from the top rope.
Sasha Banks out after Regional, but escaped out of reach, Sasha Banks back with the tag and had Banks Statment on Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax tried to make the distraction while also brought Bianca Belair into the action.
We saw Nia Jax shoved Bianca Belair right into Sasha Banks who still had Bank's Statment, the push broke the Submission move, Belair and Banks got into a conflict. Meanwhile, Nia Jax was able to roll in Bianca Belair to win the match.
