Although the card for Saturday's Night of Champions PLE appears to be finalized, WWE may potentially unveil one additional match to enhance the lineup.
The marquee matches already booked for the event include Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa squaring off against Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens for the coveted WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championships, an epic clash between AJ Styles and Seth Rollins for the prestigious WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and a highly anticipated showdown between Cody Rhodes and the formidable Brock Lesnar.
As previously reported, notable superstars such as Omos, Street Profits, Karrion Kross, LA Knight, and Rick Boogs have all embarked on their journey to Saudi Arabia for the event, despite not having an officially announced match.
While the primary purpose of their presence is for promotional activities, there are rumblings that Knight and Boogs could potentially be added to the match card. A trusted
insider account, Boozer #BWE, renowned for breaking past WWE stories, has indicated that Knight has garnered immense popularity among the Saudi audience, leading WWE to discuss his inclusion in a matchup against Boogs, possibly during the Kickoff show. It is worth noting that featuring a match on the Kickoff show would be an exception to WWE's usual practice of omitting pre-show matches and remains uncertain at this point.
If the match does take place on the pre-show, it would mark the first Kickoff show match since Backlash in 2018, where Ruby Riott emerged victorious over Bayley.
