At WWE Backlash, the Raw Women's Champion, Bianca Belair, will be defending her title against IYO SKY.

However, Iyo showed incredible resilience and managed to turn the tables on Bianca with a swift kick to the midsection, followed by a beautiful moonsault off the turnbuckles. Despite a near fall, Iyo remained relentless, delivering a series of shoulder strikes in the corner and then placing Bianca atop the turnbuckles.

But Bianca was not to be underestimated, and with a fierce burst of strength, she managed to send Iyo tumbling to the apron with a well-placed kick. Undeterred, Iyo unleashed a Shotei strike on Bianca before attempting a Frankensteiner, only for Bianca to block the move and hit a devastating sit-out powerbomb off the turnbuckles for a near fall.

However, the match was not without its outside interference, as Bayley and Dakota Kai made their way to ringside. Despite Bianca's attempts to take out Bayley with a kick, Iyo managed to block Bianca's KOD with the help of Dakota's interference. Nevertheless, Bianca remained focused, swinging and knocking Dakota off the apron before being caught off guard by a sunset flip from Iyo for yet another near fall.

As the tension mounted, Bayley attempted to interfere once more, grabbing Iyo's hand and distracting the referee. Seizing the opportunity, Iyo sent Bianca careening into the ropes, allowing Dakota to land a vicious kick. With Iyo poised to finish the match with a moonsault off the turnbuckles, Bayley once again interfered, grabbing Bianca's braid and earning a stern warning from the referee. Despite the distractions and interference, Bianca remained resolute, dodging Iyo's moonsault before hitting her with a crushing KOD for the three count, securing a hard-fought victory in the face of adversity.
