It's Rey Mysterio Vs. Roman Reigns For The Universal Title This Friday on SmackDown.

As noted, Rey Mysterio was set to have his first-ever Hell in a Cell match on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at the WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view against Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship.



But now, The match will instead take place on the Friday Night Smackdown on June 18, 2021.

The Master of the 619 sent out a tweet Thursday night laying down the challenge to The Big Dog for the blue brand.

Reigns accepted on Twitter as well, making it clear that he will defend the Universal Title against Rey this Friday on SmackDown.

Sunday. Friday. Any day.
