Roman Reigns doesn't want to do any kind of compromise with COVID-19.
The pandemic is still going and The Tribal Chief has the ways to handle it. As noted, At WrestleMania 36 Reigns pulled out of his match against Goldberg amid concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and his being immunocompromised from his leukemia.
At Extreme Rules, Reigns defended the Universal champion against "The Demon" Finn Balor. The match featured wrestled in the crowd. While going into the crowd Reigns handed over a mask by Paul Heyman.
Reigns probably put on a mask in order to avoid any kind of risk to the rising COVID-19 numbers.
