1st Round: The first round of Marina Rodriguez vs. Michelle Waterson started off with a nice left hand for Marina Rodriguez. A front kick landed for Waterson, A nice recovery from Waterson after getting a nice right hand from Marina Rodriguez.

Second Round: Both were smart at landing the strikes. Marina Rodriguez has been the most effective striker. After the second round, Marina Rodriguez looked to be leading the fight.

Third Round: A nasty body shot for Marina Rodriguez. Marina Rodriguez ran back-to-back punches which apparently slowed down Waterson.

Waterson with a great response as she was able to land a massive leg kick. Marina Rodriguez was hurt badly, a beautiful combination from Marina Rodriguez as she threw massive punches. Marina Rodriguez seemed to be moving pretty well.

4th Round: Waterson got the Takedown against the fence, Waterson played the top game, Waterson got the hand control as well as doing the damages. It was a big round for Waterson.

5th Round: Fifth and the final round was on the line, Waterson looked so perfect in the 5th round. Marina Rodriguez with a huge kick to the head, Marina Rodriguez ran some ruthless shots at the end of the round.

Winner: Marina Rodriguez, via Decision (unanimous) (48–47, 49–46, 49–46)
