In tonight's smackdown episode, Ricochet and Butch have successfully advanced to the semi-finals of the World Cup tournament after winning their quarter-final match.
On the November 18 episode of Smackdown, a Ricochet vs. Mustafa Ali match was scheduled for the first round match of WWE Smackdown, in which Ricochet won against Mustafa Ali to advance to the WWE Smackdown world cup semi-finals.
Ricochet will next face Braun Strowman in the semi-finals next Friday:
In Friday's main event, In the second World Cup bout Butch defeated Sami Zayn match and is set to face Santos Escobar in another semi-final matchup next week.
On last Friday's WWE SmackDown, Braun Strowman defeated Jinder Mahal in under two minutes to advance to the World Cup, while Escobar knocked out Shinsuke Nakamura.
