Joe has been out of action since the Double or Nothing pay-per-view, where he lost to Adam Cole in the final of the Owen Hart Foundation tournament.
Plush, Meanwhile, ROH Pure Championship will be on the line as Daniel Garcia challenges Wheeler Yuta in an attempt to capture the gold. The two have been at odds for months as a part of the Jericho Appreciation Society/Blackpool Combat Club feud. The two also have a lengthy history on the independent scene.
Elsewhere, the ROH World Tag Team Champions FTR are set to go head to head with The Briscoes for the second time this year in a ROH Tag Team Title match.
