WWE Hall of Famer Edge and Finn Balor will finally bring their months-long feud to a close inside Hell in a Cell at WrestleMania 39 next weekend.
Initially scheduled to take place at the Royal Rumble, the match was postponed due to Edge's commitment to filming his upcoming Disney+ series. The Royal Rumble match was supposed to feature Finn Balor as the 'Demon' facing a 'Brood' version of Edge inside the unforgiving structure.
While it has not been officially confirmed, there have been rumors suggesting that Balor may use a variation of the Demon character during the match at WrestleMania. Per PWInsider.com, Former WWE wrestler Gangrel has been brought in for the event, indicating that he may be involved in Edge's entrance or even have a role in a spot with Damian Priest during the match.
At SummerSlam 2021, Edge paid tribute to his Brood past by using a Brood-inspired entrance in his match against Seth Rollins.
