Raquel Rodriguez Wins Her Main Roster Debut Match

Last Friday, WWE NXT star who is now known as Raquel Rodriguez, made her main roster debut on SmackDown. Raquel Rodriguez defeated Cat Cardoza to claim the first victory on SmackDown.
Although she was attacked by her opponent Cat Cardoza prior to the bell, the ultra-powerful Raquel Rodriguez quickly rebounded to make a dominant SmackDown debut that culminated with her earth-shattering Chingona Bomb.
On February 16, 2020, at NXT TakeOver: Portland, González made her first televised appearance since the Mae Young Classic under the ring name Raquel González. Then she went on to have her first pay-per-view match on June 7 at TakeOver: In Your House.
On April 7, 2021, on the first night of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, González defeated Shirai to become the new NXT Women's Champion. However, At NXT: Halloween Havoc, González lost the NXT Women's Championship to Mandy Rose in a Trick or Street Fight match.
On the April 8, 2022 edition of SmackDown, González debuted in a backstage segment under the new ring name Raquel Rodriguez.
