Omos could have a big, surprising WrestleMania opponent.
Wrestlevotes tweeted that Omos was in store for a surprising WrestleMania opponent. Now, Fightful has reported that as of this weekend, the planned opponent was former WWE Champion, Bobby Lashley.
Lashley was injured in January at the Royal Rumble and was expected to miss up to four months. He was written off TV the following month at Elimination Chamber before he got into the match.
The card is subject to change, as do WWE's plans. Fightful has not gained confirmation that Lashley has been cleared.
It is scheduled to be held as a two-night event, taking place on April 2 and 3, 2022, at the AT&T Stadium in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex city of Arlington, Texas.
