Athena returned on the November 18 episode of AEW Rampage and defeated Madison Rayne in a singles match. After Martínez won the match, the bell rang to stop the match, but Martínez continued to attack Rayne, later referee Aubrey Edwards tried to stop her, but Athena hit him as well.
