Lio Rush Officially Set To Make His In-Ring Return

Here is advance information about former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Lio Rush who is officially set to make his in-ring return at an upcoming Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) event.

Indeed, regarding a confirmation, Rush will emerge at GCW’s Fight Club Weekend. The event will be held at The Showboat in Atlantic City over two nights, October 8 and 9.

Basically, the announcement follows a recent tweet from Lio Rush confirming that he was cleared to wrestle. Rush has been out of action since January, after sustaining a shoulder injury during a match against Buddy Matthews during the 2022 PWG Battle of Los Angeles.

As he simply stated in his former tweet as "CLEARED."

Even Lio Rush is also due to compete in the 2022 British J Cup in Stevenage on October 22. As well as he made his AEW debut last year at AEW Double or Nothing in 2021, formerly including his WWE release in April 2020. Rush remained contracted with the company until February 2022.

In fact, he continuously emerges for NJPW on the STRONG brand and teased a run in Japan during his wrestling hiatus.

While speaking exclusively with in June, where he made a hint that he wanted to focus on NJPW upon his return.
