Khabib Nurmagomedov believes Conor McGregor's finish was the best moment of Hall of Fame career!

If I am not wrong...then the rivalry between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor is highly regarded as one of the best in the company's history.

After winning the UFC Lightweight Championship in 2018, Khabib Nurmagomedov made his first title defense against Conor McGregor at UFC 229 on 6 October in Las Vegas.

In the fight, Nurmagomedov won the first two rounds, but lost to McGregor in the third round. It was the first time Nurmagomedov lost a round in his UFC career. He managed to defeat McGregor in the fourth round via submission.

The event drew 2.4 million pay-per-view buys, the most ever for an MMA event.

“It was here, this [T-Mobile] Arena. October 6, 2018. The biggest fight in MMA history,” Nurmagomedov told MMA Fighting ahead of Thursday’s UFC Hall of Fame ceremony.

“I’m very happy I won this fight. I can’t lose of any of my fights, but no way [could I lose] this fight,” Nurmagomedov said.
