Former AEW World Champion Kenny Omega gave some welcome words to the fans after AEW Dynamite went off the air.
The 39-year old, made his comeback on the August 17, 2022, episode of Dynamite as The Young Bucks' mystery partner in the inaugural AEW World Trios Championship tournament, where they defeated La Facción Ingobernable (Andrade El Idolo, Rush, and Dragon Lee) in the first round.
Omega then competed at At All Out on September 4, where The Elite defeated "Hangman" Adam Page and The Dark Order (Alex Reynolds and John Silver) to become the inaugural AEW World Trios Champions. However, events that transpired during the All Out media scrum put him and The Bucks on the shelf for another several weeks.
The Elite returned once again at Full Gear and the rest was history.
Tonight on AEW Dynamite, Omega and The Bucks pulled of a win this time, taking the score to 1-2 against the team of PAC and The Lucha Brothers.
After the show, Kenny Omega got on the mic and cut a passionate promo to the crowd. The Wrestling God thanked the fans for coming to the show and enjoying professional wrestling.
