Jon Moxley will defend the AEW World Championship at AEW Full Gear.
As noted, In the main event of AEW Dynamite on October 18th, 2022, Jon Moxley defended the world title against “Hangman” Adam Page. Hangman Page was injured during the match and had to be stretchered to the back afterward.
With only a few minutes of TV time, Moxley knocked out MJF, who took the world title when he won the Casino Ladder match at AEW All Out.
After things got cleared, Moxley called out MJF. MJF appeared with the casino chip and teased him for the cash but then walked out of the ring. MJF got on the mic and said he wants Moxley at 100% and is going to have his title match at the 2022 Full Gear PPV. MJF said for the first time in his miserable life, he would earn something.
