In a stunning turn of events, Indi Hartwell emerged as the new NXT Women's Champion with a little assistance from her husband, Dexter Lumis, at the NXT Stand & Deliver ladder match. The match featured several talented competitors including Roxanne Perez, Gigi Dolin, Zoey Stark, Tiffany Stratton, and Lyra Valkyria.

Hartwell made a strategic move by shoving Tiffany Stratton off the ladder and onto a pile of women on the outside, leaving her alone to climb the ladder and claim the title.
