Here is the full match card for IMPACT Wrestling Slammiversary 2021 which takes place July 17, 2021, at the Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.
As announced, IMPACT Wrestling Slammiversary Pay-Per-View on July 17 will mark the first Impact Wrestling show with a limited number of fans in attendance in 16 months.
It will be the fifteenth event under the Slammiversary chronology. The announcement was made official On April 25, 2021, at Rebellion, it was announced by Impact Wrestling that Slammivesary would take place in July 2021 at the Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.
Impact released a video package to promote Slammiversary, featuring images of various wrestlers, many of whom had been recently released by WWE. Included were Samoa Joe, Mickie James, Chelsea Green (known in Impact as Laurel Van Ness), Kazuchika Okada, Tetsuya Naito, and The Great Muta; also featured were the flags of Mexico and Australia.

IMPACT World Championship: Kenny Omega (c) Vs. Sami Callihan
Sami Callihan will now officially challenge Kenny Omega for the Impact World Championship at Slammiversary on Saturday, July 17.
On June 10, 2021, episode of IMPACT Wrestling it was revealed that Sami Callihan would face the winner of Moose versus Omega for the IMPACT World Championship at Slammiversary on July 17th, much to the chagrin of Callis.
At Against All Odds, Omega retained the title by defeating Moose. After the match, Callihan appeared and attacked The Elite. As Callihan was about to attack Omega, Callis fired Callihan, which upset D'Amore.
Now that he’s reinstated, all bets are on for Callihan to possibly reclaim his former title.
Ultimate X match for the Impact X Division Championship: Josh Alexander (c) vs. Trey Miguel vs. Ace Austin vs. Chris Bey vs. Rohit Raju vs. Petey Williams
ULTIMATE X will return at Slammiversary on July 17th as Josh Alexander will defend the X-Division title in an Ultimate X match at Slammiversary against Trey Miguel, Ace Austin, Chris Bey, Rohit Raju, and Petey Williams.
The match was officially announced on Impact Wrestling Twitter handle that Josh Alexander will defend the X-Division title in an Ultimate X match at Slammiversary.
It should be noted that, The five-way number one contenders bout between Trey, Austin, Bey, Rohit, and Petey at Against All Odds ended in a no contest.
The last Ultimate X match happened on April 4, 2019, at IMPACT United We Stand. The bout featured John Morrison (Johnny IMPACT), Ace Austin, Dante Fox, Jake Crist, and Pat Buck.

Knockouts Championship Match: Deonna Purrazzo(c) Vs. TBD
On the July 8 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Deonna Purrazzo announced that she would be defending her title against a mystery opponent at Slammiversary on July 17.

Moose Vs. Chri Sabin -Singles Match
Moose will go one-on-one with Chri Sabin at this event. The match was officially added to the match card on July 17, episode of Impact Wrestling.

Four-Way Match For The Tag Team Championship: Violent By Design Vs. Rich Swann and Willie Mack Vs. TBA and Fallah Bahh Vs. The Good Brothers
On the July 8 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Rich Swann and Willie Mack came to the ring and challenged Violent By Design to a Tag Team Championship match.
Later, They were then interrupted the team of TJP and Fallah Bahh, and The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows). They also demanded a title shot, Tommy Dreamer intervened and informed everyone that the belts would be on the line at Slammiversary in a four-way match.

As announced, Fire N Flava will defend the Knockouts Tag Team Titles against Rosemary and Havok at Slammiversary.
On July 8, episode of Impact Wrestling, No. 1 Contender’s Match for the Knockouts Tag Team Titles happed between Susan & Kimber Lee vs. Rosemary & Havok. Rosemary & Havok were victorious over Susan & Kimber Lee and thus they will end up having title shot at Slammiversary.

Morrissey Vs. Eddie Edwards
After getting attacked by W. Morrissey on July 1, Eddie Edwards took to Twitter ahead of tonight's episode and challenged W. Morrissey to a match at Slammiversary.

Mixed Tag-Team Match: Matt Cardona & TBA Vs. Myers & Tenille Dashwood
Matt Cardona along with a mystery partner will take on Myers & Tenille Dashwood at this event.
On July 15, episode of Impact wrestling, Scott D'Amore approached Cardona and asked if he could find a partner for Slammiversary to take on Myers and Tenille Dashwood. Cardona stated the date of the event, July 17, and said that he thinks he knows someone.
Cardona's fiancee, Chelsea Green is believed to be the mystery partner.
