Dragon Lee Officially Makes WWE NXT In-Ring Debut At House Show

Views: 142 | Updated On: | By Jitu Jangir

Dragon Lee made his debut for WWE at Saturday night’s NXT house show in St. Petersburg, Florida. In his debut match, Lee wrestled Eddy Thorpe (Karl Fredericks). This marked Lee’s first match in WWE since signing with the company late last year.

Lee recently appeared at Tuesday's Roadblock event, where he attended the show while sitting in the crowd. Lee was supposed to make his debut back in January, but it took him several months to debut due to visa issues.

Now signed with WWE, Lee is best known for his work for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Luch Libre (CMLL). Lee is also known for his work in Ring of Honor (ROH), where he was ROH World Television Champion and ROH World Tag Team Champion with La Faccion Ingobernable teammate Kenny King, and for his work in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he is a former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion.

Lee has performed in the All Elite Wrestling (AEW) ring. Lee made his AEW debut on the August 17th edition of Dynamite, participating in the first round of the AEW World Trios Championship tournament.
