Chris Jericho is a true veteran of pro wrestling who has always managed to keep himself relevant over the past thirty years. With the passage of time, he has constantly reinvented himself. The ROH World Champion had some issues with his weight, but recently decided to show the physical results of his hard work.

Chris Jericho turns 52 on Wednesday, November 9, and the ROH World Champion is seemingly in pristine physical condition. The wrestling legend posted a selfie of himself on Twitter late on Tuesday night and captioned it as 52.

Jericho underwent a noticeable physical transformation following his near-death experience in late 2021 while he was on tour in the United Kingdom with his band, Fozzy. After encountering breathing problems on stage, The Lionheart would be diagnosed with pulmonary embolism, a condition brought about by blood clots in the lungs. Upon returning to the United States, Jericho was told he had a body fat of 21 percent, and that he needed to lose weight. and did just that as he lost up to 31 pounds in eight weeks.

On November 19, Jericho will defend his ROH World Title in a four-way match against Sammy Guevera, Bryan Danielson, and Claudio Castagnoli at the Full Gear pay-per-view. Jericho will not be on tonight’s Dynamite because he is on tour with Fozzy in the United Kingdom.
