Former WWE Champion Big E returned home to Tampa this week. He noted yesterday on Twitter that he was back home.
"Appreciate you, man. I’m actually home now but Birmingham took good care of me," he wrote.
As noted, On the March 11 episode of WWE SmackDown, Big E suffered a broken neck after a botched overhead belly-to-belly suplex via Ridge Holland. Big E landed on his head and was stretchered from the ringside area.
Big E was hospitalized this past Friday.
Big E later announced that he had fractured his C-1 and C-6 vertebrae but would not require surgery and had not suffered any damage to his spinal cord.
