Belair made her WWE debut in 2016 as part of the company's NXT brand. She quickly gained a following for her impressive strength and agility in the ring, as well as her confident and charismatic personality. In 2020, she made her main roster debut on WWE's SmackDown brand.

Belair's accomplishments in WWE include winning the 2021 women's Royal Rumble match and becoming the SmackDown Women's Champion at WrestleMania 37 in 2021. She has also competed in high-profile matches against some of the biggest names in women's wrestling, including Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch.

One of her prominent, probably huge disappointments came along with her match at WWE SummerSlam 2021 where she suffered a 0:26 seconds loss at the hands of Becky Lynch.

While speaking Ryan Satin's "Out Of Character" podcast, WWE Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair revealed that John Cena was the one who helped her deal with her loss.

"Sometimes when you think it can be the worst thing that's happening, and then it flourishes into this beautiful year long storyline, and it all comes full circle, and that's what it did for me. But in the moment, it can be tough. That 26 second moment was tough for me. I remember going to my husband. We always allow each other to vent.

Then we're like,’ Okay, I'm validating your feelings, but how do we get out of this? Like, we can't stay here in this mindset. Let's look at the bigger picture.’ Then John Cena was there. He pulled me aside and he talked to me. He really helped me with my perspective of that, and it's going to carry with me for the rest of my career."
