During today's Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was recapping the rampage spoiler for this Friday's show that was taped at Wednesday's Dynamite event. Meltzer noted that Stokely Hathaway and Lee Moriarty were involved in a brawl with a fan.
This isn't the first time this has happened at AEW, as a fan tried to get into the ring to attack Chris Jericho last year. Fortunately, the fan was quickly taken off.
“There was an altercation between Stokely & Lee and a fan as they were leaving, which I’m sure won’t be on TV.”
Last night's AEW Dynamite futured Three title matches, plus the return of Bryan Danielson. Interim AEW World Champion Jon Moxley defended his title against Rush this evening. The AEW Women's World Championship was also on the line, as Thunder Rosa defended against Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling's Myu Yamashita.
