Here are the full results for AEW Double or Nothing 2019 which took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada on May 25, 2019. It was also the inaugural event in the Double or Nothing chronology held by the promotion.
The event was able to draw 11,000 as the attendance and 109,000–113,000 as of the Bu Rate. AEW Double or Nothing 2019 was consisting of nine matches, including two on the Buy-In pre-show. In the main event, Chris Jericho defeated Kenny Omega, earning a match against Adam Page, the winner of the pre-shows Casino Battle Royale, at AEW's August event All Out to determine the inaugural AEW World Champion.
