Butch lands a forearm to Santos as he comes off the ropes. Waller lifts Butch up, but Butch gets to his feet and kicks Waller. Waller sends Butch over the top rope to the floor. Butch misses a clothesline and instead hits a moonsault off the apron. Santos executes a suicide dive onto Butch.
