    2nd Round: First round pretty much all Poirier. 10-9. Fantastic action. Oliveira took some shots. Sheesh. The second round starts off with Poirier hurting Oliveira. Oliveira gets Poirier to the fence. He's landed a lot of great knees inside and some short uppercuts. Oliveira is just waiting on top and Poirier has a body triangle.

    Big left-backs Oliveira up followed by a big right to drop Oliveira, Oliveira is right back on him with knees and this pace is insane. Both are landing some massive punches, Poirier lands a huge left hook that drops Oliveira! Poirier follows him down shortly but Oliveira is really hurt so he steps back.

    1st Round: Oliveira leads with an early flying knee and Oliveira early with a big shot that gets the champ backing up. Oliveira lands a right hand, he's landing some good knees inside. Oliveira goes for a clinch and has Poirier up to the fence. Oliveira is fighting at a pace and landing some good knees. He's still eating jabs and counters though.

    Both women are landing ruthless shots, Nunes cracking back but her shots have less pop on them now and Pena is clocking her with overhands! Pena is just tagging her with the jab. Pena gets a takedown, Pena quickly goes on the back and she does it under the neck to submit Nunes. SHE IS THE NEW Women's Bantamweight CHAMPION!

    Nunes gets her down with a Takedown, Julianna Peña does appear to have the faster hands, Nunes with a Crossover, Pena with a nice reversal to get out of the crossover, but Nunes is still getting that left arm undertook. Nunes is on the top, Julianna Peña seems to be getting over with a good defense, Nunes looks worried as she isn't in a good position. The round goes off the air.

    1st Round: Both women take the center of the cage, The first minute is a feeling out process as neither woman has committed to a single strike yet. Pena slips down in the first round but gets back on her feet. Julianna Peña gets hit by a Jab, Julianna Peña is down and scrambles against the fence, Nunes goes down throws a couple of punches. UFC returns to T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Dec. 11, 2021, with two thrilling world championship fights and a Bantamweight banger insured to deliver fireworks. Lightweight champion, Charles Oliveira, will go for his first successful title defense when he takes on No. 1-ranked contender, Dustin Poirier, in the main event.

In UFC 269’s co-headliner, the greatest women’s fighter of all time, Amanda Nunes, defends her 135-pound crown against gritty No. 5-ranked Julianna Pena, while No. 15-seeded Bantamweight contender, Raulian Paiva, and Contender Series star, Sean O’Malley, aims to steal the show.

All bouts will be simulcast on ESPN+ in English and Spanish beginning at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT with the ESPN+ and UFC Fight Pass prelims. The prelims will continue exclusively on ESPN, ESPN Deportes & ESPN+ at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT followed by the ESPN+ Pay-Per-View main card that will kick off at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
